Experience an unforgettable cultural and culinary treat! Taste fresh-caught salmon cooked over alder wood coals in the Native custom. Delight in the music, dance, and stories of the Warm Springs, Wasco, and Paiute tribes. Experience a proud tradition and culture first hand. Seating is first come first served basis. The Salmon Bake gathering area is located near the South Wing of the Lodge Hotel (visible from the balconies of the East Wing rooms and South Wing rooms).
Alder-baked salmon, wild grain Chinook rice, field greens salad, Yukon Golf potato salad, fresh fruit salad, Warm Springs fry bread and Huckleberry jame, Huckleberry crisp, lemonade, and iced tea. Beer and wine are available for purchase.
