Traditional Salmon Bake

Kah-Nee-Ta offers its famous Traditional Salmon Bake Buffet every Saturday night, Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend and on Wednesday Nights June - August.

Salmon filets are skewered on cedar sticks and baked over alder wood coals by Tribal members. Served buffet style with Indian fry bread and an array of accompaniments. Enjoy the sights and sounds of the traditional Indian dancing styles of the Warm Springs people. Cooking begins at 4:00pm. Dinner is served at 6pm. Dancing starts at 6:30pm.
